If I order today, when will I receive the parcel?

Our company’s policy is to process the orders within 3-5 business days to be ready for shipment from our warehouse. However, we are also unable to guarantee the shipping periods from our selected courier as shipment time may vary depending on the volumes. Do not worry! We will be here to assist you throughout the shipment period from our warehouse to your destination. Thank you for your understanding.

I am interested in ordering large quantities

Can I change the order details after placing an order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process any changes after order has been placed. However, we do allow changes of delivery address once, before the order is being processed, by following these steps:

– Send us your order number
– Update us with your new delivery address

How do I track My Order Status?

You can track your order online 24 hours/7 days by following these steps:

Step 2: Enter your order number and email address
Step 3: Press “Track” to process

Can I self-pickup the item or pay Cash on Delivery? (COD)

We do not offer COD services but we do offer a variety of payment methods that you can choose when checking out! For self-pick up, we would advise you to directly place your order with us via WhatsApp at +6011-1667 7929 by providing us your contact information. We would also highly recommend you to drop by our branches for pick-up orders as our team will be there to assist you better and provide you with a great buying experience.

Failed to track my order. What I need to do?
